User Security Responsibilities
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence.

- The use of automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
- Mybet is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Payment, Deposit and MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the mybet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other local bank transfers.
Deposits will be credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment processor. Processing time depends on the method chosen and is typically completed within minutes for FPX and eWallet. mybet is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party processors.
For your first withdrawal, full identity verification is required before funds are released. This is a standard security measure to protect users against fraud. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with current internal policy.
Prohibited use of funds: You are not permitted to use funds obtained through illegal activities or fraud to conduct transactions on the mybet platform. mybet reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspected activities to the relevant authorities without prior notice.

- Device damage or data loss while using the platform.
Mybet's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure
Mybet reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, attempted system exploitation, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Any funds remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation will not be refunded. Where closure occurs for other reasons, any valid balance will be processed through the designated channels.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mybet platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code and other materials — is the exclusive property of mybet or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or reuse without written authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links and Services
The mybet platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party payment processors. mybet is not responsible for the privacy policies, content or practices of those services. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Mybet reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of any other.
